Second solo album from former Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker, a follow up to his self-titled debut in 2006. Further Complications is a hardcore oritened album that produced by Steve Albini after the two met together in the States. The US version has two more extra tracks than the UK one.
 
Outstanding track: ‘Leftovers’.

Third album from Newcastle Warp’s only rock band Maximo Park, there are no obvious changes from the previous albums. Quicken The Heart is an album that Maximo Park make them sound more like Maximo Park.

Debut album from Oldham Post-Punk trio Twisted Wheel who were compared to Oasis and being praised by Liam. In fact, the band is closer to The Others, rough and raw.

Ascenseur Ouvert! is the fifth album from American indie foursome The Kingsbury Manx, 3 1/2 years from their previous album. After two memebers’ replacement, the band turns into more Country and Chamber Pop as they were Low-Fi and Post Rock somehow.

British Sea Power – Man Of Aran

Man Of Aran is a documentary film originally being released in 1934, now it is re-issued and back with the soundtrack made by British Sea Power. The score is in an almost instrumental post-rock music over 70 minutes. The album will be released with the DVD edition of the film together.
 
Outstanding track: ‘Boy Vertiginous’.

Graham Coxon – The Spinning Top

The Spinning Top is the seventh (!) album from former and now re-joining Blur guitarist Graham Coxon. The album which sees he come back to acoustic after enjoyed sucess of two heavier rock albums, notably the single ‘Freakin Out’. The Spinning Top tells a story of a man from birth to death.
