Fifth album from this Scottish-Irish band, who enjoyed massive sucess since the hit ‘Run’, and then their 4th album. A Hundred Million Suns complete their weakness in program which was blamed too simple and abandon repeating the same verse over and over. This leads to the lack of melodies.

Attic Lights is a five piece from Scotland, formed in 2005. Friday Night Lights is their debut album after several singles being released. Critically being compared to Teenage Fanclub, actually Attic Lights mixes alt-country and power-pop.
Outstanding track: ‘God’.

Third album from pop rocker Keane who don’t use guitars before, it proved them wrong using guitar on their second album. Now they come back with a mainly piano/keyboard leading album, Perfect Symmetry is almost drowned in the sound of pop songs with heavy synthesizer.
Outstanding tracks: ‘The Lovers Are Losing" & "Perfect Symmetry".

Following the reunion of The Jesus And Mary Chain, a 4CD collection of B-Sides & rarities (just as the title suggests) is put out by Rhino in their traditional way of package. The Power Of Negative Thinking contians 81 tracks mainly B-Sides from their debut single in Creation 1984 thru Blanco Y Negro/WEA years and an end back to Creation in 1998. There are 8 tracks of demo or alternate takes to be issued for the first time, notably the first track ‘Up Too High’, a demo made in cassette in 1983. This set is essential for all JAMC fans.
